From early on in life, yoga has been a central pillar and an answer to my heart's longing for peace. I started teaching in my early 20's, and continue to find deepening gratitude for sharing this beautiful practise.
Since 2011 I've taken two 200hr TTC's, the first with Ana Forrest and the second with the most loved teacher in Rishikesh, Surinder Singh. Alongside these TTC's, have been numerous intensives, trainings and workshops with some of the finest yogies teaching today. I have spent most of the past 3 years living in an Ashram, and I know first hand that yoga has the potential to be so much more than a good stretch.
My classes are tailored to suit the needs of the student/s, and mindfullness and presence is always be at its heart, alongside a focus on breath, alignment and core strength. I
